Cheese salad with ham.


300 g Grand Gouda cheese
300 g canned ham
3 pickled gherkins
1 can peas
1 bunch radishes
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 bunch dill leaves
1 fresh green bell pepper
200 g Chinese cabbage


Grate the Grand Gouda cheese, gherkins and eggs coarsely. Cut the pepper into strips, chop the Chinese cabbage, add the canned peas, chopped dill leaves, mayonnaise and cream, add pepper to taste and stir everything thoroughly. The salad does not need salt.
